Lynku Terms of Use

1. The app

Lynku is a personal contact book, published by its independent creator and distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store. By using it, you accept these terms.

2. License

Your use of Lynku is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the points below. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.

3. The Lynku+ subscription

Lynku+ is an optional subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks personalized messages, gift ideas, contacts beyond 100 and exclusive icons. Everything else in the book is free.
The exact price is shown in the app, before any purchase, in your currency. Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account — Lynku never sees any payment data.
If a free trial is offered, nothing is charged before it ends.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

4. Fair use of the message service

Personalized messages ✨ and gift ideas 🎁 rely on an artificial intelligence service whose cost is carried by Lynku. They are meant for normal personal use: looking after the people you love. Clearly abusive, automated or diverted use (mass generation, scraping, reselling…) may be temporarily slowed down or suspended, to keep the service fast and available for everyone.

5. Your content and generated messages

Your book belongs to you and stays on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). Generated messages are suggestions: read and adjust them before sending — you remain the author of, and responsible for, what you send to your people.

6. Warranty and liability

Lynku is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable and delightful, but we cannot guarantee it is entirely error-free, nor that third-party services (message generation, address suggestions) are always available. Remember to export your data regularly (Settings → Data).

7. Changes

These terms may evolve with the app; the current version is published on this page with its date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
